The International Leadership Program on Education (ILPE) is a flagship initiative jointly organized by GEIST International Foundation and the Global Innovation & Leadership Center (GILC), designed to upscale English proficiency, leadership capacity, and critical thinking among young learners across Bangladesh. ILPE is strengthened through strategic partnerships with respected national and international institutions, reinforcing its credibility and global orientation.
Through ILPE, GEIST International Foundation and GILC reaffirm their commitment to empowering the next generation with the skills, confidence, and vision needed to thrive in an interconnected world. The program stands as a testament to how structured educational initiatives can unlock potential, inspire ambition, and prepare youth to lead both nationally and globally.

- N.B : Selected divisional winners of the English & Leadership Olympiad and Spelling Bee must complete their registration before participating in the national round.
