The International Leadership Program on Education (ILPE) is a flagship initiative jointly organized by GEIST International Foundation and the Global Innovation & Leadership Center (GILC), designed to upscale English proficiency, leadership capacity, and critical thinking among young learners across Bangladesh. ILPE is strengthened through strategic partnerships with respected national and international institutions, reinforcing its credibility and global orientation.
Through ILPE, GEIST International Foundation and GILC reaffirm their commitment to empowering the next generation with the skills, confidence, and vision needed to thrive in an interconnected world. The program stands as a testament to how structured educational initiatives can unlock potential, inspire ambition, and prepare youth to lead both nationally and globally.

It is mandatory to carry the printed admit card to the National Round. You must also bring your valid School ID card for verification. Please note that entry to the National Round will require both the printed admit card and your School ID card.
