1.Art Competition

Rules & Regulations
- Participants will receive a single sheet of art paper at the start of the event and are kindly requested to bring their personal painting materials, as external equipment will not be provided.
- If the art paper gets damaged after the start of the event, replacement will not be provided.

Rules & Regulations
- Participants will be required to answer questions on given topic.
- The event will be held physically on the day of the event.
- The exam will be in MCQ format, totaling 50 marks, with 5 paragraphs carrying 10 marks each, conducted in two rounds.

Rules & Regulations
- Presentation Format: The Presentation must be submitted in advance (before the event starts in the designated day) in one of the following formats: PPTX, PDF, or MP4. We will be providing updated information regarding submission details shortly.
- Software Freedom: There are no restrictions on the choice of software or application used for the Presentation.
- Evaluation Criteria: The judgment process will revolve around the criteria of content quality, creativity, relevance, and feasibility.
Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 3 members.

Rules & Regulations
- Poster that does not support the specified theme(s) will not be eligible for participation in the event.
- Poster Size: A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
- Each team will have 8 minutes to present their presentation.
Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 3 members.
5.Climate Story Telling and ArtWork

Rules & Regulations
- Each team will create 4 drawings/artworks.
- The four drawings must be interconnected and related to one another.
- Together, the four drawings must communicate a single coherent climate-related story.
- Teams will have 1 hour to complete all four drawings.
- After completing the artwork, each team will present the story represented by their four drawings.
- Each team will have a maximum of 5 minutes to share their story.
- The presentation should clearly explain the connection between the four drawings and the climate-related message or story.
- Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.

- Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 3 members.
- Participants/teams must prepare and present their case study based on the theme provided by the organizers.
- The competition theme will be provided 10 days before the program.
- Participants/teams are expected to conduct their research and prepare their case study based on the announced theme.
Participants may present their case study using either:
- PowerPoint Presentation (PPT), or
- Poster (A0 size)
- Each participant/team will have 10 minutes to present their case study.
- Participants/teams must complete their presentation within the allocated time.

- Participants/teams must prepare and present their ideas on the theme provided by the organizers.
- The presentation should clearly explain the idea, its purpose, implementation, and expected impact.
Participants may present their idea presentation using either:
- PowerPoint Presentation (PPT), or
- Poster (A0 size)
- Each participant/team will have 10 minutes to present their idea presentations.
- Participants/teams must complete their presentation within the allocated time.

Registration Fee - Solo Events
- Any one segments: 310 BDT
- Any two segments: 410 BDT
IMPORTANT: For team events, the registration fees for all team members must be paid together in a single transaction.
N.B: For a 3-person team, the basic fee for participating in one event is BDT 930 per team. If any team member participates in both events, an additional BDT 100 will be charged for each such member.
- 1 member participates in both events → BDT 1,030
- 2 members participate in both events → BDT 1,130
- All 3 members participate in both events → BDT 1,230

- Any one segments: 310 BDT (BDT 930 For Three Persons Altogether)
- Any two segments: 410 BDT (BDT 1230 For Three Persons Altogether)
