The “Teacher Training on Integrating AI in English Language Classroom” is a nationwide professional development initiative funded by the U.S. Embassy Dhaka and implemented by GEIST International Foundation under the English Access Scholarship Program.

The program aims to equip English language teachers with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for classroom teaching, lesson planning, assessment, and student engagement. Through this initiative, teachers are being introduced to modern and future-ready teaching methodologies to enhance English language education in Bangladesh.

The training follows a blended learning model with both in-person and online sessions. It is specially designed for secondary and higher secondary level English language teachers from different regions of the country.

As part of this nationwide initiative, GEIST International Foundation has already successfully conducted training programs in:

• Sylhet
• Khulna
• Rajshahi
• Mymensingh
• Chattogram
• Cumilla

Upcoming training sessions will be organized in:

• Dhaka
• Rangpur
• Barishal

This initiative reflects the shared commitment of the U.S. Embassy Dhaka and GEIST International Foundation to promote SMART education, teacher empowerment, digital transformation, and innovative learning practices in Bangladesh.
