Research allows us to get new findings, challenges, best practices and suggestions for future growth. Being a platform of dealing Education as the key component, GEIST enables research with the help of its advisors, partner institutions and independent researchers on various themes like Education, Climate Change, STEAM Education, Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability. GEIST has a core research team of 20 members from eight different countries. On December 05,2025 one of the research papers of GEIST research team has been presented in the 2025 Australasian AID Conference with the title “Education in Transition: Post-Pandemic Learning Realities in South and Southeast Asia.
Moreover, our research team also presented papers in CY-ICER 2026 Cyprus International Conference on Educational Research

Team:

GEIST Research Team is a team of scholarly researcher on various themes. At this moment the team is coordinated by Professor Nobin Thakur from India and working in five distinct areas. Our team works in seven thematic areas that includes Education, Technology in Education, Climate Change and education, English Language Teaching and Learning, STEAM Education, Ocean Literacy, and Sustainability. The team presented few papers at local and international conferences in India, Bangladesh, Cyprus, Romania and Australia. At this moment six research works are in the field and we are expecting to deliver the key findings in few international conferences and publications.

Areas:

Currently GEIST Research team works in seven thematic areas that includes Education, Technology in Education, Climate Change and education, English Language Teaching and Learning, STEAM Education, Ocean Literacy, and Sustainability. We are looking for new collaborator and researchers across the globe to be a part of our team and extend the working areas.

Previous work:

GEIST Research team completed four works in the field of Education, Educational Technology and Climate Change. GEIST Research team presented their works in the previous conferences Global Summit on Education 2024 in Nepal (Educational Leadership: Challenges, context and opportunities), 2025 Australasian AID Conference with the title “Education in Transition: Post-Pandemic Learning Realities in South and Southeast Asia”;

 (SEED: An Interdisciplinary approach to promoting Environmental Humanities). One paper is ready to publish on “AI in Education: in the context of South and South east asia”.

Ongoing work:

At this moment GEIST Research Team has been working on 6 projects in the specific areas of education, climate science, ocean literacy, sustainability, AI in Education and youth stewardship towards sustainability.

Collaboration:

GEIST Research Team is collaborating different research scholar at individual and institutional level for its growth and impactful researchers. We welcome partners to support us and join us on this movement to create the impactful research that can benefit the stakeholders and enables sustainability.

Publication:

GEIST research team has the passion to bring the research findings into published in research journals. Four research works have been presented in four international conferences in Nepal, Australia, Cyprus and Romania and the relevant papers are ready to publish.
